Welcome to Wijjo · 368 days ago

Wijjo is the Navajo word for “small hearth”. It describes a cold empty room transformed by the warmth of a nascent hearth.

Ok, so I made that up. No need to crack open the Navajo dictionary. It’s just not easy to find short, memorable and pronounce-able new .COM names. “Wijjo”‘s as good as any. :-)

Disclaimer: If the nonsense word “wijjo” means anything to anybody please forgive this site’s unintentional misuse.

Welcome!

Just me for now, Steve Cooper. I live with my wife Ying in Vancouver, Washington, just across the Columbia River from Portland, Oregon.

I’m an independent software developer. This site is mainly devoted to software projects, and possibly an occasional intrusion of opinion or whatever. Since there’s no lack of opinion on the Web, I won’t add to the noise unless it seemingly has unique value.

Thanks for visiting!
